Our Story
Meet the Founders
I am a kid enthusiast. After having worked in the technology industry for over 20 years, I am finally living my dream of working with kids around the world. Every child is a creative genius and they have the right to explore their creative powers. I’m building TaleTree to give kids a loving environment where they can discover their passions and learn to use them purposefully.
Experience: MBA, MIT Sloan School of Business. A Silicon Valley veteran of 20 years. Product Management, partnerships, and business development at Oracle, Adobe, and Samsung. COO at growth-stage startups
TaleTree is the solution to the pain I had as a child with forced academia. I’m building it for the child in me and for all the children of the world who want to be free to explore their gifts without limits and find their tribe. We are all unique and should be celebrated. This is the reason I’m building TaleTree.
Experience: Innovator and Founder of E Man in London, Los Angeles, and Sofia. Created children's properties for Disney and Fox. Cambridge University science park award winner and mentor to entrepreneurs and academics. President E-Man Asset Managements investment portfolio 15 graduated companies under management. Startup founder with 3 exits.
How did TaleTree come about?
We met in 2018 at a conference, immediately bonded, and have been friends ever since.
When I started TaleTree in 2020 without really knowing what it meant to start a company, Matt gave me a lot of support and advice. Matt started his own business at a very young age and worked on various projects. After about a year of supporting me, he decided to dedicate himself to building TaleTree with me.
Nothing makes us happier than spending time with children and seeing them grow.
Have you noticed a difference in the kids who joined Creative Camp?
Definitely! In addition to creative expression, their interpersonal skills have improved, which is so important to our mission. The kids listen more carefully and ask questions to understand their friends’ ideas and thoughts. They become so much more specific about the positive feedback they give to each other. We are seeing the kids respect and inspire each other. We are so proud of their growth as empathetic, kind, passionate beings.
What does the future of TaleTree look like?
Together we are creating a movement. We are building a new way for kids to learn, entertain, communicate, and empathize. TaleTree Friends, our mascots that stand for our core values, are the companions that will grow with our kids in
