3D Modeling with Ludenso!

Founded in Norway by Eirik Wahlstrøm and Harald Manheim, passionate educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs, Ludenso wants to help all children to become digital creators. With their innovative and easy-to-use 3D modeling/AR tool, our campers can learn how to model together and create projects that can be enjoyed and experienced in Augmented Reality.

For this workshop,
our campers will build their own 3D Mars colony with our beloved TaleTree Friends!

<<What to prepare>>

STEP 1

  1. Pick your favorite TaleTree Friends and explain why that’s your favorite. You can write, draw and make crafts to explain the reason.
    2. Take a picture of your creation and upload it onto the challenge area in the app (you will see a relevant challenge card there).

CONSIDER: What kinds of tools and technicians will you need on your expedition into space? What types of gear will you need to protect you from unknown conditions? How will you navigate the land once you arrive on Mars?

STEP 2

1. Please download the “Ludenso Create” app on your PC/Mac or tablet.
2. Explore some tutorials here from our friends at Ludenso.
3. Try creating your own 3D models and see what you can come up with! If not, no big deal. You will learn it from Harald.
