Creative Geniuses

Children possess an incredible power called creativity, which comes in various forms. This special gift allows them to amaze adults with their boundless imagination and ability to create unique and original things. Each child has their own way of expressing their creativity, whether it's through art, music, dance, writing, or any other medium they choose.

Some of our TaleTree friends have a more mechanical approach when it comes to creativity. One we want to talk about this week is Chan! Chan created his own version of a Rube Goldberg machine. He said he learned how to do it through a chain reactions book he has. Everyone thought it was amazing, and we watched the video of it working at least five times. Another creation that really stood out to us was done by our camper Seah. She made her own original character out of a ton of different colors. Her hair was made of one big flower, and she told us that when the girl is happy, the flower blossoms. It was such a creative drawing, and she continues to blow us away with her imagination.

Regardless of how big or small their creations may be, children should embrace their creativity and let it shine. They have the power to transform ordinary objects into extraordinary works of art. They always share the most captivating stories attached to their art, and it shows how their intelligence and imagination combine to create a piece of art. We constantly look forward to what they will create next, and we know that we will be amazed every time.
